Herden Immobilien Mallorca is a success story that dates back to 1992. During these years, Manfred Herden built up and consolidated his real estate company and turned it into a recognised and trustworthy brand on the market. The whole company was then franchised and for technical marketing reasons the name was changed to Globo21. Branches were opened in Cas Catala, then in Av. Jaume III in Palma, in Bahia Grande, in Sineu, in El Toro, in Porto Colom, in Cala Dor and in Cala Millor.

However, at the height of his success in 2009, Manfred Herden decided to sell the company after 17 years, thereby closing an important chapter in his professional life. After the sale, Manfred Herden invested and was only active as a property developer for 14 years.

In 2024, Manfred Herden was once again ready to embark on a new phase in the property industry. With a new vision and the experience gained over the past 31 years, he decided to reopen several property branches island-wide under the name Herden Immobilien Mallorca.

The first branch was established directly in the law office from a lawyer in the prestigious Calle Jaume III in Palma, as well as a second property office in Illetes on Passeig de Illetes 6, opposite the 5-star Hotel de Mar Gran Melia. These new strategic locations will allow Herden Immobilien Mallorca to expand its presence and offer high quality property services in exclusive and highly sought-after areas.

The opening of the current new branches is just the beginning of a number of planned expansions. Manfred Herden plans to open further franchise branches in various locations in order to offer its customers a comprehensive and personal service in the property market.
